Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Information We Collect

Modern Labyrinth publishes this resource. The former pest-control service business is closed. This resource does not host an inquiry or newsletter-subscription form. You can provide information when you:

  • Email Modern Labyrinth using the contact link.
  • Continue to Modern Labyrinth’s separate contact form, where that site’s privacy terms apply.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and requests
  • Respond to messages you choose to send through the email link or Modern Labyrinth’s separate contact form
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Analyze resource use and navigation when you allow optional analytics

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stay off until you choose Allow analytics in the preference panel. Google Analytics measures resource use and navigation. Clarity provides heatmaps and session replay on a limited set of public reading pages, with all page text masked. Calculator, contact and unreviewed pages, and URLs containing query parameters, are excluded from replay. We do not pass calculator entries, contact details or custom identifiers to Clarity. Advertising consent is denied, and the Clarity cookie-sync image is blocked.

You can turn analytics off in the preference panel on every page. Global Privacy Control keeps it off. We save your choice in this browser’s local storage. If saving fails, the panel explains that the choice applies to this page only and an earlier saved choice may apply on later pages. Turning replay off ends collection and clears its first-party _clck and _clsk cookies; the provider may flush already buffered events while stopping. Analytics does not establish whether an inquiry was delivered or a job was booked. Hosting services may process ordinary request information to serve the site. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for its processing information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Turn off optional analytics using the preference panel
